Getting an order by autonomous delivery is simple. Here's the whole thing, start to finish, so you know exactly what to expect.
Opt in by text. When autonomous delivery is available for your order, your retailer will text you an invitation. Just reply YES to try it.
Follow along live. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link. Tap it to see where your order is in real time, from pickup to arrival.
Come out and grab it. When the vehicle arrives, you'll have 5 minutes to head out and collect your order from the trunk – you can open it right from your tracking page.
You're all set. Once you've got your order, you're done. If you ever need a hand, you can get help right from your tracking page.
