When your delivery arrives, getting your order takes just a few seconds.

Head out when it arrives. You'll have 5 minutes once the vehicle gets there, so come out when you see it's arrived. You can watch the countdown on your tracking page.

Open the trunk. Tap Open Trunk right on your tracking page. At some locations, you'll scan a QR code on the vehicle first to access the trunk.

Grab your order and close the trunk.

Tap "I've got my order" to wrap things up.
