Once the vehicle arrives, you have 5 minutes to come grab your order, with a live countdown on your tracking page and a reminder text as time runs low. So the best thing you can do is be ready to head out as soon as it arrives.
Can't be there yourself? If someone else is home, just share your tracking link with them – they can open the trunk and grab your order on your behalf.
Running a few moments behind? Get out as soon as you can – watch the countdown on your tracking page so you know how long you've got.
