If the Open Trunk button isn't responding, a few quick things usually do the trick.
First, make sure you're right next to the vehicle and your tracking page is fully loaded. If your location's a bit off, the button may not activate until you're close.
If your location asks you to scan a QR code on the vehicle, give that a scan to unlock the trunk button.
